Grant Cameron
How Gerald Ford and Other U.S. Presidents Have Handled UFOs and
Their Disclosure to the American Public
Grant Cameron is the recipient of the Leeds Conference International Researcher of the Year and the UFO Congress Researcher of the Year. His research includes the involvement of the early Canadian government and two decades of looking at the role of the President of the United States in the flying saucer phenomena. Most of that research can be found at www.presidentialufo.com.
Cameron turned his research interests away from “nuts and bolts” research to the role of consciousness in the UFO phenomena. This new research involves the possible involvement of extraterrestrials in modern music, and inspirations and downloads in science discoveries, inventions, Nobel Prizes, music, art, books, near death experiences, meditation, and with individuals known as savants and prodigies.
His books include “UFOs, Area 51, and Government Informants” and a collection of short stories called “Alien Bedtime Stories.”

Peter Robbins
Little Green Men and the New York Times:
The Origins of the UFO Ridicule Factor
The subjects of UFOs and their implications have been taken seriously by our military and intelligence communities since at least the summer of 1947, more seriously in fact than any other matter facing this nation since the end of World War II. Exactly why then have the overwhelming majority of related news reports been subjected to a level of ridicule, sarcasm and condescension unmatched in the annals of modern journalism? How and why did this pattern of deception actually begin? How was it so deeply ingrained into the American, then the Western psyche, and why is it so important that we understand its origins and the manner in which it was first set it in motion?
In this unique illustrated talk investigative writer Peter Robbins lays out his evidence and conclusions based on years of independent research. In the process he establishes how and likely why the so-called ‘Flagship of American Journalism,’ The New York Times, was instrumental in perpetrating the greatest deception in our nation’s history, an effort so successful that it continues to influence major media’s coverage of the UFO subject right through to the present day. With some thoughts on what we can do to begin to change this cultural impasse.
Peter Robbins is an investigative writer specializing in the subject of UFOs. He has more that thirty-five years’ experience as a writer, researcher, investigator, lecturer and author. A regular fixture on radio shows here and in the UK, he has appeared as a guest on and been consultant to numerous TV programs and documentaries. Robbins has spoken on UFOs, Dr. Wilhelm Reich, and related subjects at local, regional, national and international conferences as well as for schools, universities, libraries and organizations. He is co-author (along with Larry Warren) of the British best-seller Left at East Gate: A First-Hand Account of the Rendlesham Forest UFO Incident, Its Cover-Up and Investigation. He is the author of Deliberate Deception: A Case of Disinformation in the UFO Research Community, and Halt In Woodbridge: An Air Force Colonel’s Thirty-Year Fight To Silence An Authentic UFO Whistle-Blower

John E.L. Tenney
Michigan UFO Archives
The local news media had been holding onto files and photos from the 1966 UFO wave in deep, dark, storage...until John E.L Tenney simply asked for them and they handed them over for free. Tenney will share these never-before-seen photos, as well as discuss other fascinating items he's uncovered from Michigan's rich UFO history.
John E.L. Tenney has been actively involved in the field of anomalistic, paranormal, conspiratorial and occult research since the mid 1980’s and has lectured on strange phenomena and folklore since the early 1990’s. His open skepticism of odd phenomena has gained him respect from both believers and skeptics.

Bill Murphy
The Gerald Ford Files
Bill Murphy is a Board Member of the J. Allen Hynek Center for UFO Studies (CUFOS), a Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) Field Investigator and member of Michigan MUFON, and former State Section Director and State Director of MUFON, positions he shared with his wife Linda.
Bill has a Master’s Degree in History, and for 17 years taught college courses in Archaeology, Egyptology, and the Humanities. As an automotive Quality Engineer for more than 30 years, Bill practiced and trained thousands in statistics and Quality philosophies and techniques. He has edited UFO, corporate, and professional organizational newsletters, and holds certifications from the American Society for Quality as a Quality Engineer, Manager of Quality/ Organizational Excellence, Six Sigma Black Belt, and Six Sigma Green Belt. Bill has written and translated articles for various UFO publications, he posts on his wife’s blog, and his study of Gerald Ford and the 1966 “Swamp Gas” affair was the cover article in CUFOS’ International UFO Reporter of July 2010. Bill presented at the “Truth or Dare” Symposium in Tinley Park, Illinois, and at several Michigan MUFON and many other venues in Michigan. In October 2015 he collaborated with Dr. Linda Murphy in their “Swamp Gas Extravaganza” presentation at Dr. Peter Resta’s “MYSTERIES OF SPACE AND SKY” symposium in Maryland. Currently Bill is a Quality Manager at a plastic injection molding plan in the Greater Detroit area.
Bill’s topic at the 2016 Swamp Gas UFO Conference centers on the greater human impact of the March 1966 UFO events, as shown in the archives of the Gerald R. Ford Presidential Library in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Over a period of several years Bill studied over 1000 letters, press releases, news clippings, and other documents from Gerald Ford’s period as House Minority Leader, when Ford led the call for a Congressional investigation of UFOs and the way that the Air Force was handling the situation and the UFO witnesses. The Ford archives are a microcosm of the passions and passionate people who were energized by this brush with the paranormal. Along the way, Bill will fold in information from the Center for UFO Studies’ files on the subject to explore what President Ford and others thought about the situation.
